Retur- och återbetalningspolicy

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@lemkoffgear.page. Please note that we work with various global fulfillment centers. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package. To initiate a return, you must contact us at contact@lemkoffgear.page to receive the correct return address and instructions for your specific item.

If your return is accepted due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we’ll send you a return shipping label. For all other returns, such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like base layers and thermal underwear (for hygiene reasons), safety and load-bearing equipment (if tags are removed), opened consumables (such as emergency rations or fishing bait), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs for items returned under the cooling-off period are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds We will notify you once the designated return facility has physically received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@lemkoffgear.page.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lemkoff Gear. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you with the best prices and the most interesting tactical and outdoor gear. This means that your order is shipped from global areas via our partnership with various fulfillment centers.

Standard International Shipping: Typically takes 7 to 15 business days for delivery, depending on your location and local customs processing.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier issues or customs inspections.

Multiple Packages If you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouses to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible. You will receive tracking information for each package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Lemkoff Gear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number(s). The tracking information usually becomes active within 24-48 hours.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@lemkoffgear.page with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.
